Benefits

Down below, you'll find information about the benefits that you are offered as a Sebratec employee and how you access them.

Sebratec Property & SIM Cards

The phone number provided by Sebratec to its employees for work-related matters may also be used for personal matters within the standard internet and calls plan. However, extra amounts charged by the operator company outside the standard internet and calls plan which are not related to your current work, will be deducted from your net salary.

If the employment is terminated, all devices, and SIM-cards shall be returned to Sebratec.

Advanced Vacation Entitlement

Sebratec offers our consultants 25 days of advanced vacation entitlement (also called pre-paid vacation) in order to avoid salary deductions for those consultants who have not accumulated enough vacation days throughout their first working year at Sebratec.

If you want to use this advanced vacation entitlement and do not already have this information included in your original employment agreement, a separate appendix agreement needs to be signed. After the appendix has been signed, your advanced vacation days will be shown on your pay slip.

If the employment is terminated within a five-year employment period, all advanced vacation days used by the employee shall be paid back to Sebratec in accordance with your employment agreement. Each advanced vacation day used by the employee relates to the amount of 4,6% calculated from the monthly gross salary you had at the time of using this vacation day. If your employment lasts longer than five years, Sebratec will offer the advanced vacation days without the need to pay them back.

Extension Bonus

Starting from September 18th 2023 Sebratec introduced a bonus program for all consultants. The background is that Sebratec wants to reward all consultants for doing a great job in the client’s projects and for representing Sebratec in such a great way.

*Note that the bonus is calculated in 6-month intervals (starting from your 12th month working for Sebratec’s clients). So, if you reached a 6-month interval before 2023-09-18 (according to the following guidelines), you will receive your first bonus when you reach your next 6-month interval.

The bonus is based on the time that you’ve been working on assignment’s for Sebratec’s clients and works according to the following guidelines:

Guidelines: Extension Bonus

So, when you’ve been working for Sebratec’s client(s) for a total of 12 months, you will be eligible for the extension bonus. The amount of the bonus is decided based on your continued time working for Sebratec’s clients (the assignment contracts) and calculated in 6-month intervals.

 0 SEK

Note that the bonus amount is paid out to you in your salary of the month following your meeting of the above-mentioned guidelines. So, for example: in March, you’ve been working for Sebratec’s client(s) for a total of 12 month’s and you have a client contract stating that you will work 6 more months at this (or another) assignment – then, you will receive your 5.000 SEK bonus together with your salary in April.

Wellness Activities

Sebratec provides all employees up to 5.000 SEK per year to spend on activities connected directly to wellness. To access this benefit, make sure to update your Swedish personal-ID number in HeadcountHR as soon as you receive it.

The benefit will be prorated to the time you are working for Sebratec during that year. This means that orders exceeding your prorated amount will result in net salary deductions on your end-payment.

  • Example prorating at start of employment: If you started your employment in July, your available amount will be 2.500 SEK for that year. This amount relates to the remaining 6 months of that year (July-December) (6/12 of 5.000 SEK).
  • Example prorating at end of employment: If you choose to terminate your employment with Sebratec and your last working day is in April, your available wellness amount in Benify is corrected to 1.667 SEK so that your available amount relates to the 4 months you will be working for Sebratec during that year (January-April) (4/12 of 5.000 SEK)

Make sure that this is an accepted wellness activity – examples of what applies can be found in the Skatteverket platform. If you receive a paper receipt for this purchase, make sure to save it and hand it over to your closest Sebratec manager.

Terminal Glasses

Sebratec offers free terminal glasses to employees that need glasses for work. So, if you are in need of glasses in order to perform your work, you will find this opportunity by searching for a company called Synsam or Specsavers.
