You will receive your first Extension Bonus when you've been working for Sebratec's client(s) for 12 months. The sum of your bonus will be determined based on the remaining time of your current client contract and then followed-up accordingly. To be able to get your sick-pay during your sickness period, you need to inform you Sebratec manager that you are sick no later than the first day of this period. This information is also important in order for us to support you and your wellbeing.
